Built a comprehensive web and iPad application solution from the ground up for E-Waste Gurus, a small, family-run business. The application streamlined e-waste accounting and reporting, and handled transactions from sudden e-waste drop-offs.

• Re-architected a 5-year-old pure PHP legacy code into a Symfony framework using a domain-driven design approach.
• Established a Docker-based development environment to support developers on all operating systems, reducing onboarding time.
• Devised business logic for rendering various report types for government regulation and internal use.
• Developed an iOS iPad app to swiftly record e-waste drop-offs, while also generating print or email receipts.
• Managed regular updates, implementing new features, and optimizations.
